Could you tell us step by step, how can we recreate this issue?

In order to request a refund, please create a new ticket under Billing & Accounts and be sure to include the order ID for which you need a refund for and the reason for requesting a refund.

The alternate navigation options does not meet our requirement. As we wanted EventOn ‘List of Events’ in our custom website with  Search and Filter and we do not have any navigation requirements at all. Can you please refund and cancel the order/subscription of account VrikshamClasses as the plugin is of no use to us.  Please do put a note in the APi adon page clearly that ‘Search and Filter’ are not supported with Api, it would be helpful to all your other customers also.
