We are glad your issue is resolved, if you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.
When i set it to manual import from link then it works: https://www.loom.com/share/4832199e9fc14228ae686fdf50339486?focus_title=1&muted=1&from_recorder=1
Thanks!
Ok thanks a lot 🙂

Its public, the ics importer works if you update it manually, the automatic update does not work,.
ummmm, sorry I don’t understand “sync with WC ORDER”
when you activate tickets within the event- it Auto creates a wc product that is connected with the event.
the benefits of this even if its free is you can view the attendees and email them from within eventon
now if ALL your events are free and you are not selling tickets I’d recommend getting the RSVP addon and ppossibly a refund on the tickets addon
does your server have a backup? I would contact your host to see if there is a backup as there isn’t much we can do now that the events are gone from within wordpress
all we can do is prevent it from happening again.
In the past say around version 2.xx there was a toggle to activate that would prevent the deletion of events- that was switched in the later versions that you needed to toggle on to remove all events- so I suspect you might have updated from a much older version of eventon
but ask your host if there is a backup of your site
what version did you update from?
this css will remove the icons (paste in appearance>>>>customize>>>>additional css)
.evcal_evdata_row .evcal_evdata_icons {
display: none !important;
}
this will get rid of the icons on the event top:
.eventon_events_list .eventon_list_event .evoet_cx .evcal_location, .evo_pop_body .evoet_cx .evcal_location, .eventon_events_list .eventon_list_event .evoet_cx .evcal_time, .evo_pop_body .evoet_cx .evcal_time {
padding-left: 0px !important;
}
.eventon_events_list .eventon_list_event .evoet_cx .evcal_time::before, .evo_pop_body .evoet_cx em.evcal_time::before, .eventon_events_list .eventon_list_event .evoet_cx .evcal_location::before, .evo_pop_body .evoet_cx em.evcal_location::before {
display: none !important;
}
can you provide the link to the event with “Future Event Times in this Repeating Event Series” and also the event that you have added a link
