I got really busy and so just got back to this. I re-downloaded and installed the plug-in, but the settings are showing it is version 3.17. I guess I’m not getting the latest download from my account…?

Can I still book support for the products after the purchase has been completed? I have already bought some products: main plugin Customize sliders List & Items (unfortunately on 2 accounts – Body-Soul-Center@mail.de & amara@email.de) Is it possible to book paid support for the products at a later date?
