I changed the EventOn settings to “Query only the event posts created this month” but it didnt get better.

 

Yes it changes when you hit the button, but when the next month starts it stays on the previous month unless I update the wordpress page with nothing on it (no changes made, maybe just input a space somewhere), and even then it does not always display the current month.

 

I am basically just trying to make it so it is always displaying the current month

if I disable the "classic editor" plugin by inserting a new event it doesn't work. 
If I activate the "classic editor" plugin everything works correctly.

I need Avada Options for the rest of the page

EventON uses it’s own Single Event Page template, that doesn’t take any Avada options into account. Avada Options make the event page really heavy for no reason.

Also try going to EventON > Select event calendar WP Query method: Query only the event posts created this month.
