Both codes are necessary. You need to basically rewrite the whole code so it was your form. The code is just an example.

The best solution is to use child theme: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/

So when you update the main theme, none of your changes get erased.

Please update to 4.1.3.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Variations add-on also requires Tickets add-on https://www.myeventon.com/addons/event-tickets/ to be installed and enabled.

I’ve bought and installed Eventon ticket variations add-on. The documentation says I have to activate “tickets” in the event settings, but can’t find this option in the event settings … My website is a multi-site one : I’ve installed the add-on through the network admin and activated it in the proper site which is a sub-domain, so I’m wondering if this is the correct way to do this. Thanks for your help.
