Hi there,

Thanks for the quick reply.

I cannot allow external access to this webserver, however I can confirm that the URL in question does have .ics extension.

If it assists in diagnosing the issue, the URL is: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/dovetoncollege.vic.edu.au_glb7uvk1spgor9n9fagug9q5jc%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

The webserver does have external internet access and happily updates wordpress and plugins without this particular issue.

we use your tool for displaying events with special views. Very good!

Now we wanted to buy several more tools (Ticket,QR, Seat reservations etc…) from you – but we realized that we have a complicated process and need your help! This may also cost money!!!!

Process:
Plan A
1. entrepreneurs should have the possibility to buy a certain number of tickets (in a certain area) for example: 100 tickets in area A1
2.these tickets should then be invoiced – payment is made…..
3. entrepreneur after paying for the tickets – receives the allocation (in the form of voucher codes or direct allocation of seats) from us.
4. entrepreneur distributes these tickets to his employees
5. employees have to register with us again (first name, last name, mail, etc….) in this process the allocation of seats and creation of QR code etc… is also done.
6. then we need on the spot (at the event) the possibility to scan the QR codes and check them against

Do you have a solution for this or can you create a solution for this (add-on programming)
