having the featured image inside the main description has never been apart of eventon- you could add the image into the description as you would a normal post

it may have been your theme adding it into the post content however it wasn’t eventon

there is some conflict being caused

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

theres an activation issue that happens only on certain sites – but not on our dev sites, so in order for us to diagnose why its happening we need access to sites where the issue is happening

we have translators on our browser to translate sites backends so thats not an issue. and the code is universal language

we need wp-admin access for

a) fischbach-goeslikon.ch
b) dottikon.ch
c) schlaraffia.org

we don’t understand why its a problem – thats why we need access to sites to diagnose or the problem will continue
