first off ask your server hosting company to make a back up of your entire site if thats a service they do
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
to update the tickets addon- you may need to buy it again as they are a yearly subscription to get the latest version (you can turn off that subscription after checkout)

Yes sorry the months can be changed now it’s just that they are super light.
So about updating the plugin, what is there to be done?
Yes of course I know it’s super old, that’s why I am writing you. I bought the new license on March 29, 2022 and an IT who tried to install it said the website broke all the time.
I just find Event on super complicated to install!!!!
And you were not even able to change the date so that tickets for the next month can be sold, it was working until last month.
PLEASE PLEASE change it so that I can sell tickets for next month? I mean for any month!
Or at least tell me where and how I can do so. Because my tickets need to be sold!!!!

you are using eventon from april 2018 its 4 years old
your event tickets is from 2016
they are not going to work with your current version of woocommerce and there are several security updates that you are susceptable to with the earlier version
when you say it breaks the site on update- please explain exactly what happens

As a temporary solution, please go to to EventON > EventTop > EventTop Main Day block fields and enable Event Day Name.
We are working on fixing this.
