In order to request a refund, please create a new ticket under Billing & Accounts and be sure to include the order ID for which you need a refund for and the reason for requesting a refund.
and so that you don’t get staff asking why you want the refund- include:
see ticket #285543
as to why we want the refund
add this to
appearance>>>>customize>>>>additional css (from within wordpress)
.eventon_main_section .ajde_evcal_calendar .calendar_header {

}
could you try attaching it again
Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.
Hi there,
I tried to switch on the “This event is effected by day light savings time”, but no change : exactly the same behavior.
Thanks by advance for your help,
Jean

For the amount of events we have, once again, the option you are proposing takes up an IMMENSE amount of space and is overwhelming. From the sounds of it, we will instead need to ask for a refund for the events slider add-on as it does not serve the purpose we needed it for. Is there a space I should go for this?
