Looks like the card on the system is declining on the renewals so the whole subscription is on hold.

As you can see, the count down is right when the event is in the “Next Event” section, but when it is pass the “Now Time”, the event stay in the “Next Event” block during two hours… and switches in the “Live Now” event block after +2 hours from the beginning AND stays during two hours after the end of the event… (here, the event finishes at 9pm and it is 9:56pm…)

can you test under the date selection this event is effected by daylight saving and see if that effects it

No problem Artem,

I am sure. I think there is a problem with the +2:00 Paris with the Now Event… (I have +2hParis in the event and +2hParis with the paramter time calendar system – in the parameters of Eventon)…

As you can see when I put the hour of the event 2 hours before the actual hour, it works… but when I put the hour of the event just 5 minutes before now, it doesn’t work… and curiously, it appears in the next event block but without the count down…

My time zone is +2 hours Paris from the UTC… is it the reason it doesn’t work with me ?

the initial repeat is set to 1 day only

I don’t think you need to make it a repeat just the initial date from the 1st to the 9th unless that 8 day event is repeated

Yes we could add text size to the calendar and are looking into that for fututre versions- its not something that has been majorly requested
