I went to Event Type 3 and there are two categories:

But when you click on the first one, there is only one event from 2017.
Could you make sure that the event that you want to hide is new enough to see on this page:

If you want to exclude Event Type 3 completely then you need to add:
event_type_3=”NOT-68,NOT-69,”
OR even better:
event_type_3=”NOT-all,”

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
The only way is to go to wp-admin > Events, manage events from there.
