what directories do you need access to?

We can connect to the server using the supplied credentials from windows osx etc with no problem, make sure you are using ftp over ssl (ftps) as stated in the credentials that will give you access to the /var/www/vhosts/frvbali.com/httpdocs/wp-content directory

Hi. What was the error. We can log on from here.

My guy here says to use ftps

they should be available up until start time.  and I wouldn’t even mind if still 30 mins in they could still purchase.   if that is not possible the event should be available to purchase up until it starts.

the event disappeared about an hour before the event.   it was so odd.
