At the moment, I am not sure how your theme replaces EventON’s Single Event template with it’s own. So I thought about checking the theme files.
I also wanted to check the website in Troubleshooting Mode (no third-party plugins + the default theme).
For the troubleshooting mode I need to have access to
/wp-admin/site-health.php?tab=troubleshoot

Action User’s functionality is limited comparing to back-end options of EventON, so some parts aren’t available at the moment.
However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

And one more…In both LIST mode and CALENDAR mode, can I show filters by default, without requiring user to click on filter icon?
