How can it be that is work on the Event Page and not on the Front Page?

Can not have anything to do with the plugin!

Sorry Jacy for not getting back to you. Can you please update to the latest version of ActionUser and RSVP 3.0.11 — make sure to clear cache and see if the CSV from actionuser Event manager is still coming up with incorrect event dates/times.

Access shared. We are also having another issue with the reminders platform, the subject line is showing the {event-name} shortcode instead of the actual event name when sending out an email. See attached screenshot.

I tried activating it, but it didn’t change the problem. I added L2 to the test event page, as in your tutorial, but the change wasn’t taken into account.

I tried removing the L2 from the shortcode on the calendar page, but the changes weren’t taken into account either.

It remains a mystery why it’s on the extended calendar and not the classic one.

Hello and thank you.

I tried going to https://vetstownhall.org/events/one-event/1359/0/ and instead of getting a direct lightbox link for the Charlotte, VT event, I got a page linking to several individual event pages (screenshot attached). I did try refreshing permalinks.

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your help!

Olga, what is the eventON version you are running? because if you go back to old version the current eventON version might not support those old versions.

Another option I was thinking we could do is add an optional alternative date/time field that would override saved date time. We will see if we can get that implemented and get it out in the next version 🙂
