Hi Artem, Since the site is live I had to restore the site to the previous version after I tried the Update.
When installing the Ticket & Seat updates, the core 4.7 deactivate Tickets, until EventON 4.9 is installed.
After installing to 4.9, Seat Map does not load.
I attached the current versions that function.
If you still have access, please try doing the install / updates yourself.

Thank you for your response. We confirm that we did not place the shortcode inside any <span> element. I consulted ChatGPT and was told that this tag may have been added automatically by the editor or during copy-pasting.
To fix the issue, we reviewed the content in the editor and manually removed any <span> tags around the shortcode, leaving only the clean shortcode in a regular text block.
We would like to know if it is safe to simply remove that <span> to avoid problems, or if there is a recommended way to fix this.
Also, could that <span> wrapper be causing the issues with the plugin updates?

The issue is on the homepage, in the Hero section where the list appears. It seems to load twice, glitch, or sometimes not show at all. The animation should be smooth. When I remove the plugin from the page, it works correctly. Thanks!

Yes, problem still exists with 4.9.11 (the AJAX request sends a response with status “bad” because nonce validation failed).
I made the change I proposed to you earlier and that fixes all issues (showing and paging calendars, downloading .ics files,…).
Could you try manually clearing your browser cache?

Imported event “Clubabend” on Oct 9 imported the details as well:

I also imported by Schedule and not manually.
