The same problem again, since I updated to the latest versions of eventon and action user. The changed rule is still there, only it does not work anymore.

Hi Artem,
No, there are no other customizations outside the theme. All changes were made only in the child theme and EventON template files. I’ve double-checked everything.

Actually nevermind, was able to figure this out fairly easily 🙂 — totally forgot we had year working in there before and it stopped working after code changes. Will release new version of yearlyview with support for view switcher soon 🙂

Is it possible to somehow make sure that https://magicconvention.eu/#program also uses the same shortcode as https://kongresiluzji.pl/#program?
Usually you just create two pages: one for EN and then other for the translation and put the same shortcode with added wpml_l1=”pl” wpml_l2=”en”.
Please also note that since you use WPML, there is no need to enable EventON > Enable language corresponding events. Please disable it.

Ashan,
The customer states that they were able to download “Attendees List (CSV)” by using the back-end link directly, but cannot anymore because of nonce check.
Can we somehow help?

Could you check the previous version of the add-on that was working for you?
I am also going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!

Hello there, thank you for following up. We were not able to make much progress on this as other things preceded. Please allow us some time to get this implemented in the future updates. At the moment we do not have a set time to get this implemented, unfortunately.

Hello,
Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.
Please also send us wp-admin access to your site from “Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.

There is no connection between events with the same data but different L1, L2 and so on.
So what you need is to add events with the same data (but translated) and then assign L1, L2 and so to each.
Later you’ll be able to follow
https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/setup-language-corresponding-events/
To show translated events in your calendars.
Please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
