Would you mind sharing wp-admin access to your website on right side “Access Info” so I can implement the changes necessary for EventON for organizer to work?
Other question :
– if i cancel my RSVP, will i be refunded for points used ?
– is it possible to refund points to a member via woocommerce or eventon ?
– in cas of waitlist for RSVP and RSVP Points, how a person in a waitlist can be ‘RSVPed’ in the event in case of free space available ?

Since you use Avada, please go to EventON > Diagnose > enable Disable saving all Fusion/Avada related data into events.
