Hello,
Could you go to EventON > Tickets > Checkout > Enable auto complete ticket orders? This affects only EventON’s Ticket Orders.
I believe that the issue can be because of unclosed HTML tags inside of Event Details. The next time please try going to EventON > Advanced > try a different Select calendar event content filter type. Also try EventON > Diagnose > enable Activate event description content HTML validity check.
If you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.
Hi Sorry, we can’t find the version number before updating.
If you know of another way to find it please let us know. We didn’t have a logger on and eventon isn’t allow to auto install from our host.
Thank you for forwarding this issue on. Being able to download the csv files is very useful for our business.
Thanks, Iain.
Hi,
I’d already solved the problem. There was an event blocking all views from the 24th onward. I didn’t have time to look into it further because it was an emergency situation. I deactivated and reactivated the events one by one to find out what was causing the problem. I identified it, deleted it, and recreated it. Now everything’s fine. However, I don’t know what could have caused that specific event.
I have updated to the latest version. Unfortunately, not only the problem is not resolved, but the Event calendar function is not working. By clicking on each event, it is redirected to the home page of calendar again! None of the events are being displayed…
You can close the ticket.
Thank you!
I hope to see an update soon,
Thank you,
Abigail
Hi Artem,
I have commented out all custom code in functions.php and even checked within all functions by commenting them as well, but the issue still persists and gives the same result.
Yay!!! Thank you so much!
