1. We unable to provide such PHP customization because of our support policy, I am afraid.

However, please take a look at this code on how to get and add an image:

Place copy invitation_email.php to …/wp-content/themes/<– your theme –>/eventon/templates/email/rsvp/ folder and then make any customizations.

Could you try updating your current version of EventON with this one:

After the update, please make sure to manually clear your browser cache.

Do you use some kind of backup functionality on the server?

Could you made a backup and then send us wp-admin access to your site from ”Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.

Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.
