You receive events to your email because your email was added to EventON Settings, I believe, so the only way of fixing this is to delete the add-on on customer’s website or change email in EventON > Action User > Emailing.

The plugins were installed on a website that I owned, but the client created a new one. My assumption is they took the licenses key from my site and  added them to their new site.
