Hi Artem,

As I clearly demonstrated in the screen recording I sent you days ago, the JavaScript crash happens on my specific website setup. Testing it on a fresh, clean environment on your side obviously won’t reproduce the bug, because the script conflict arises under real production conditions with an active database.

I have already manually cleared my browser cache, tested in multiple browsers, and used Incognito mode multiple times. The issue persists exactly the same on version 5.0.10.

Since I already provided you with working ⁠wp-admin⁠ credentials in the secure box, please log into my site during the Spanish late-night hours we agreed on (between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM CEST). You will need to re-upload and activate version 5.0.10 yourself to see the script crash happening in real-time on my dashboard.

Please inspect it directly on my server tonight so your team can find the actual code conflict.

Ok, great to know. Another question – is there a way to open an account for that user without having to buy addons/plugins (simply register)?

The reason you are not able to login is because we do not allow any username with ”admin” in it. 

I have changed your username to ”eSquirrel” please use that username with same password and you should be able to login fine.
