Ticket #31294 Public

404 Errors

Just been going through google webmaster tools and it appears all events are throwing some 404 errors, the events are there but it seems the appended part of the url is causing the errors, for example when a new page event is added something like this: ?ri=24  gets added to the end of the url.

The appended text/number only appears when accessing an event page from the main calendar, it doesn’t show it if I access the single event page itself?

Thanks – Andrew

Go to myeventon->settings and perform ‘Reset Permalinks’ steps once.

      That should fix it.

      Hello Ashish,

Thanks but that doesn’t fix it – I regularly flush the permalinks. I still get the appended text at the end of the url.

URL’s with ?ri=24 are repeating events

it would be good to see the full URL that is getting the 404 error so we can see what event it is and diagnose a little better
