I just bought a bunch of plugins for a website that I am working on and I accidentally bought another license of the action user plugin. I had purchased the first license early on but never used it so I don’t need two licenses. Is there a way to return and refund the action user license that I purchased in error today?

Correction… I already used the first license of action user for this project, so I don’t need the second one.

hmm Well refunding a partial order is a lot more work. Would you be interested in Store discount or exchange for another addon?
Well I do need to pickup another license of eventon and the FullCal plugin. The two combined work out to 55.50. Also, I know that those eventon licenses are handled through codecaynon so that may not even be possible.
Would it be easier to just refund the whole order and I can purchase the items I need again?
Or I can refund the other actionUser purchase and then you can use this license in that website does that work?

I am really sorry just looked at your other order and its placed past 60 days refund period. This is a tough situation. I am going to have to go back to your 2nd order and refund that one completely and you can order the addons again EXCEPT actionuser this time 🙂

Hello, I bought a license update and the plugin does not appear to be able to download it from my account, so I cannot use the license and it is very urgent for a client. I request the return of the purchase to be able to make another purchase that allows me to download the plugin.
