Hello. I setup AEP. I add free (zero coast) tarif. And I see, that User can order many times free tarif during month…. it is something wrong…. (
how enable one free tarif per month?

Thanks for reaching out.
It is only possible to limit submissions to one event per user. If you want to do this, please navigate to myEventON > Action User > General and toggle the option for Restrict only one event submission per user as shown below:

Unfortunately, yes. You can try sending us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category. Maybe one of our developers can implement this for you.
