Hello,
I have been trying to add ‘ to my subtitles however it stops the sentence once it finds it.
For example:
“this event showcases technology and it’s impact on xyz”
When I click publish, the subtitle would be
“”this event showcases technology and it”
Thanks!

this event showcases technology and it’s impact on xyz is not correct grammar
it’s like saying this event showcases technology and it is impact on xyz
but I’ll look into it
http://marketingpedal.com/event/daves-comma-test/
works for me
I added a ‘ to one of your events and it didn’t stuff up (see screenshot)
OK so you mean in the backend- that is strange but the front end works right
you can activate myeventon>>>>settings>>>>>custom meta data and activate 1 of those and make it a multi line text field call it summary
then in myeventon>>>>>settings>>>>>event top
turn off the sub title and turn on the summary
then in your events when creating or editing them you write the summary in the new summary field that appears
with a bit of css we can enlarge the font size
Oops sorry for the wrong grammar, was just trying to write a quick example.
I didn’t recognize that it appears in the front end, since I noticed it in the backend first.
Since it appears on the front end, I will not worry much about it, and perhaps you can fix the backend display bug later on.
Thanks
I’ll let ashan know
We are glad your issue is resolved, if you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.
