After order ticket does not appear in cart

When I make a new event and variable ticket prices exactly like the instruction says, the ticket does not appear in the cart. I have tried emptying the cache etc but nothing seems to work.

      I have not fixed it. I am glad it works on your computer, but its pretty strange that it doesn’t work on mine.

      I have just activated the ticket again in this event and afterwards emptied all caches of Safari, Firefox and Chrome on both my computers. Then I restarted them, just to make sure.

      On this MacBook I can’t see anything in the cart after ordering a ticket. Nor on my iMac it works. I tried all different browsers, but nothing in any cart.

      What am I doing wrong? Have I set the event in the right manner, with the right variations?

      I have also tried my iPhone as well, nothing.

      That is quite strange. If you have enabled site or server cache, could you clear that as well? Let us know how it goes.

      But I have done that already, even before I made the event. What am I doing wrong?

      When I create a completely new event (fe 1st of June), in a cleared browser (I used Chrome this time), it all works fine in Chrome. I can even add the tickets of the other events (19th and 24th of May) and I actually see the tickets in the Cart.

      But, when I then open a new clear Safari, I don’t see anything in the cart.

      It is a mystery to me….

      could you update eventon to 3.1.5

      To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

      To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process.       My webmaster is doing so right now. Afterwards I will try again to set the variations in the tickets. If this still doesn’t work, I will come back to you asap.

      That is an option, but should not be necessary.

      This is a feature of the regular event on subscription that should work. I have done everything, really everything, exactly according to this manual. But still tickets do NOT appear in the cart. Only simple tickets work, but once I fill in the variations, it doesn’t.

      We have been going back and forth about this, I have updated my Eventon, I have read the bloody manual 30 times and made new events several times, but still it doesn’t work. So before you sell me a new plugin, please inform me why your regular ticket variation doesn’t work! Please.

      Could you please check the tickets I made, on the 1st and 2nd of June and on the 19th and 24th of May, to see if there is anything incorrectly done by me, at least we then know these settings are correct.

      If all fails after that, then I will consider buying the new Variations options plugin.

      I just noticed that you aren’t using Variations add-on https://www.myeventon.com/addons/ticket-variations-options/https://www.myeventon.com/addons/ticket-variations-options/. So this guide won’t help in your case: https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/how-to-setup-and-get-started/.

      Dear Artem,

      I have bought the add on, using it as we speak.

      Have a question already. I want to copy my Event for another date. In short, we sell excursions, on different dates and times, but the price and variations are the same. If I duplicate the Event I noticed the Variations are not shown in the new event, seems like that’s not duplicated. How can I quickly duplicate and event INCLUDING this data?

      Hey,

      We do  not have this functionaltiy ready, but a plugin that does that ( like duplicate ) should work properly. If something is missed, can u let us know what attributes so we can dig why custom fields not working?
