We’re using eventON Tickets and when a customer purchases more than one event quantity, by either two or more, the customer is asked for the name of who Ticket#1 and Ticker#1 (or more if quantity is higher), it’s not ticket#1, ticket #2 and it’s created minor confusion with a few customers.
Please advise.

Are you using the latest version of our plugins and woocommerce?
Have you modified any plugin?
Yes, all the eventON plugins we’re using are the latest, as is Woocommerce. The only changes made have been related to visual colors/padding (i.e. CSS); no plugins have been modified at the code level.

Ok.
So, disable all other plugins and change the theme to default WP theme temporarily and check once.
Give us username/password for the backend if you still see it twice.
