I have a question on functionality, we offer single and two-day events, on the single day events we have groups listed as group a, b and c, each could technically have different pricing capability, although we’ve kept them currently the same price.
We now need to include an add-on type of option for an event, for example, if someone wants group c and they want additional service (such as personalized training) at that event, that costs an additional small fee, that fee would be added on somehow. What would be the best way to achieve this?
The quickest way I figured would be to add another group that has a higher price that combines both the group and the additional service cost into one higher price, but doing that would require several additional groups and prices.
Example: (The training fee is an additional $50 over the normal event price)
Group A – $220
Group B – $220
Group C – $220
Group A with Training- $270
Group B with Training- $270
Group C with Training- $270
Secondly we have two-day events and only one day of that two-day event has the additional service available, so if the two day event was on 2/25/17 and 2/26/17, but the additional service was only available on the 2/26/17, I’m trying to figure out how to add the additional service cost, again, I could create additional groups like above, but I don’t want to create any confusion that the additional service is being provided on both dates.
Hopefully I’m making sense?
I suppose what is need is an up-sell type of function? A customer choose group A, but then can select ‘Would you like personal training for a small fee’ and then select that option, achieve the goal, the same would exist for two-day events, but selectable for use on just the event date needed.

So with the options we have available now your best bet would be to create those additional groups. We do have plans for adding compatibility with something like this in the future but currently this would have to be done with variations on those group types you have mentioned. sorry.
