Hello,
is there any way to “block” RSVP for one week only?
We have a national holiday from 20th to 27th of this month and I was wondering if I can inhibit Rsvping during that week.
We have several repeating (weekly) events but I would prefer not to edit all those events to remove the repeat in that specific week.
Is there any easier approach?
Thanks,
Cristiano
couple of options see video below
similar thing for ticketing manage capacity for each repeat then make the number of tickets 0 for a particular repeat
Hi Dave,
thank you for the video. This is indeed what we do when we need to remove one date.
I was looking for something allowing me not to edit all events (we have numerous events during the week).
Would it be possible to eventually show our calendar (we use daily view to both show online and physical events on homepage) starting from the week after the holiday so that we don’t have to deal with each repeat and edit all events? In this way I can “restrict” the calendar when the date approach and move it back to normal after that. What do you think?
Thank you again for the help,
Cristiano
[add_eventon_dv dv_view_style=”def” fixed_day=”28″ fixed_month=”4″ fixed_year=”2025″]
THE ABOVE SHORTCODE WILL START IT (oops caps lock was on) from the 28th onwards
in the shortcode generator you have the option in daily view for picking the exact day you want to start the calendar
so you need to select the day, month and year- needs all 3 fields set in order for that to work
Hello Dave,
thank you for the shortcode. That would be ideal. Before I try it I just want to check again with you.
We are currently using the following shortcode:
<center>[add_eventon_tabs tab1=”Lezioni in sede” tab2=”Lezioni online” tab1shortcode=”add_eventon_dv dv_view_style=onedayplus event_type=184 show_et_ft_img=yes” tab2shortcode=”add_eventon_dv dv_view_style=onedayplus event_type=273 show_et_ft_img=yes”]</center>
We are showing two calendars for online and on site lessons.
Can you please help me “fit” the additional pieces so that I will not cause damages?
Thank you again!
Cristiano
Hello,
We are sorry for the delay.
Depending on which calendar your want to replace, please replace dv_view_style=onedayplus with dv_view_style=def.
Then just add these at the end:
fixed_day=28 fixed_month=4 fixed_year=2025
