Blurry Thumbnails

Hi, I have blurry thumbnails and I can't seem to work out why, the images appear to be called in at 300 x 300px. I have tried regenerating thumbs but it does not help

Here is my shortcode. I have tried removing show_et_ft_img="yes" but it does not help. Appreciate any advice

  Hello,
  
  I removed show_et_ft_img=”yes” and added tile_bg=”1” to the shortcode. The images should work fine now.
