Hi everyone,
with a repeating event
other ticket options -> view attendees -> more filters -> event time [select]
rightfully filters the attendees of the selected event time and shows them on screen
However
other ticket options -> emailing -> select event repeat instance
wrongly filters the attendees of the selected event time. It does not filter at all. It returns every attendee of the event, i.e. the attendees of all instances of the repeating event.
Can you please resolve this?

have you changed their repeat_interval for the event to 3 after it was purchased? because the event time shows different than the time it should be for repeat instance of 3
Ok i think i know what is happening you have deleted the last instance of the repeat after customers have purchased the tickets. That is why jennifer’s ticket is showing as sept 18.
Never delete repeat instances after customers have purchased tickets Ralph that screw up things.
