Hello – I am having issues with EventOn. I have created 3 events, 2 in February, 1 in March.
When I add EventOn to a page using the events list function, the end result is not accurate.
I am happy to provide screenshots if possible to do so through the ticketing system.
Feb 11,2017 AT 5:13PM - 5 years ago -EventOn Code is: [add_eventon_list number_of_months=”3″ event_count=”10″ month_incre=”1″ show_year=”yes” hide_past=”yes” ]
Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.
Please provide top-level, administrator privilege for the username/password.
Without being able to check for ourselves it will be very difficult to tell you what could be causing the issue. It could be any number of things. It could be settings, conflict with other programs etc.
As for practice of giving administrator access, please check all other tickets here. Almost everyone gives top-level privilege so that we can troubleshoot the problem for them. In fact, that is how it is done everywhere.
Check the screenshot.
You have set the event to span till the end date, which is on April.
You should reset permalink once.
Go to myeventon->settings and perform the Reset Permalink steps and check once.
As for registering, we have RSVP addon for it. Please check the link below:

Hi Ashish – It does not seem that resetting the permalinks has had any effect. I also tried changing the link format but when trying to share an event on Facebook the message still shows “page not found” and the link is broken on the Facebook post.
it was a facebook error
I got the kids class working and here is how I did it
go here https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
then go to the single events page of all the events (you only have 2 more) and then paste the URL of the event into the debug. which will bring up the error- then click scrape again see screenshot
I see in your plugins you have a plugin to help urls move to a different domain and a few other things which may have been a problem
I created a new event http://wentzfinancialgroup.com/events/eventon-test/ tested the facebook share and it works right
so for now- add those other 2 events into the debuger and then click scrape again on each and that will fix the issue- and for all future events it will work normally without needing to use the debugger/scrape thing
I assume you shared the event and then did something with the url or changed servers or domains or something – basically when you first shared- facebook in a way caches that page, so if things are changed it would cause the error
(this wasn’t an eventon error)
If you have a moment, we would greatly appreciate if you could kindly leave us a review at codecanyon! from your account > downloads. Cheers!
