Hello,
Please check Ticket Variations & Options add-on: https://www.myeventon.com/addons/ticket-variations-options/
Try it on http://dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/ by following this guide: https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/how-to-setup-and-get-started/
hello, when i test the Ticket Variations & Options, if I open more than one Ticket Variations type, when ADD NEW TICKET VARIATION, it forces me to add both ticket variation type at the same time, is there any way to choose only one type? Also what is the all option for? thanks
Could you elaborate more with screenshots if possible?
PLease check you the event:test de invitacion in test mode, i tried to have morning and night event in the Ticket Variations type, inside each variation type I put age from 1 to 8 and age 9 to 12. However, when ADD NEW TICKET VARIATION it will not allow me to select one variation type for example “morning” and add age 1 to 8 but it will add moring and evening at the same time.
Maybe you should just add your variations to one Variation Type and then allow your customers to select the ones the want? Plus now you group them by Morning/night, even so you also have Senior&Pregnant.
thanks for your reply, but what is the point of buying TICKET VARIATIONS & OPTIONS addon if you are only group them to one type? it is not user friendly to user if I have 10 different variations types in 1 event. from my understanding, type is basically category and add “ADD NEW TICKET VARIATION” is the product will be added under this category. Is there any way to solve this? Thanks.
The problem is that I am not sure how your variations work. Are they supposed to be grouped by age, or day time?
Relating to Reply to: 205018, maybe you could add All to one of them, since, by default, on Event Card it always selects “All” on load, and only then customers can choose.
Thanks for your reply,The problem is i don’t want to add all of them in one type: Please make try to create 2 ticket type and test:
Adult (1st type):
1 to 8 years old – $100
9 to 12 years old – $110
Child (2nd type) :
1 to 8 years old – $120
9 to 12 years old – $130
Please check this event: https://dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=58973&action=edit
As you can see a user must choose between two types otherwise it’ll show:
SELECTED OPTIONS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE!
Plus on your own environment you can also replace “All” with “None” or “-“: https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/how-to-translate-calendar-front-end/
hi Artem, thank you for your reply, the all button should be “select your ticket” otherwise I don’t understand what is all mean.
In addition, please check out the screen shot, I selected 2 ticket type but the price display is only one of the ticket?
Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!
Thanks , looking forward for the replay.
Hi Bryan,
We appreciate the patience, do allow some more time for us to review and return with a reply.
I am sure we will help you get it shorted.
Thanks , looking forward for the reply.
You are welcome 🙂
hi, can i know when will i get a responds for the solution ? Thanks
Hi Bryan,
We still working to figure things out, so we would appreciate the patience while we go through it
sure, but can we have a update what is the current issue? is there a problem with the addon? Thanks
Hey Bryan,
It seems so, but before we can land on results, we need to be sure about that.
Your patience is highly appreciated.
thanks, we are looking forward for the update.
Hello,
I am very sorry for the delay. I assigned this ticket to Ashan, but I just re-checked available options and it seems that there was no issue, it’s just our add-on doesn’t have the functionality you need.
I apologize for your wasted time.
Maybe you can create a customization job request by sending us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category. One of our developers should be able to implement this for you for a separate price.
when ticket variations & options are not allowed for repeating events? Thanks
Hi Bryan,
Sorry, the Ticket variations and option addon is not compatible with repeating events.
Please create a new ticket and set the category to feature request so that other users can vote on this feature and so that it can be on our development team’s radar for future development.
We regret that we cannot offer what you are looking for at the moment.
hello, i have manage setup the ticket variations, there are a few issues i am experiencing:
Thanks
Hello,
1. Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header):
.evotx_ticket_purchase_section .evovo_variation_types p.evovo_var_types select { width: 100% !important; }
2. Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster. OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selectingCustomization Requestas the category.
3. Please go to EventON Settings > Tickets > Checkout and also check https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/how-to-add-additional-fields-at-checkout/
4. Please check https://wordpress.org/plugins/dokan-lite/ with Action User add-on: https://www.myeventon.com/addons/action-user/
thank you for your reply, actually, i would like to know if there is a paid service for customization request such as point 2? Thanks
1. Seems to be working on my end:
Could you try cleaning your cache?
2. Please create a new customization request and one of our developers are going to contact you.
thanks for your reply, can i use eventon for my user to book ticket and dokan for the split payment?? Thanks
Hey Bryan,
Yes it is possible, when submitting Dokan can work with eventON, we have a lot of customers doing that already
i just asked the dokan support time and they say eventon is not compatible with the plugin. can you explain a little more how can we get it work?
Will the payment able to go to different account of my vendor as i have a listing site.
Thanks
Here’s how it should work:
Use free version of Dokan https://wordpress.org/plugins/dokan-lite/ with Action User add-on https://www.myeventon.com/addons/action-user/.
Users can sign up via Dokan to become a vendor. Add their Paypal address and then create events via Action User with activated Tickets https://www.myeventon.com/addons/event-tickets/ (+ set the price).
Try Action User with Tickets on https://dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/
will the vendor see the dashboard like this one so they can manage their ticket which they bought from eventon calendar?
also i would like to know where can my vendors see all the ticketing overview?
does eventon has a vendor dashboard that will they be able to sort by the event date so they know how many guests will be coming on that day or how many ticket they have sold on that date etc..?
Thanks
Hey Bryan,
For this you need a plugin like Dokan, to use it for those purposes.
