Please follow the instructions in this
to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.
Please also try disabling Avada Builder and try to update an event.
I disabled Avada Builder with no success.

When I reuse an existing event I can’t update.

Thank you for your assistance. Prior to making any modifications, I will need to disable it.
As a temporary solution please do for now.
We will look into this incompatibility issue with Avada Builder more, however, since it’s a third-party issue, it will be hard to solve.
