Can't activate EventOn Plugin because of ajax error in on license page prevents activation window from opening.

I successfully purchased and installed v.2.7.3 of the EventOn plugin, but I cannot activate the license because the “Activate Now” button on the Licenses & Addons page does nothing when clicked. I look at the console with my developer tools and I see this.

Please let me know if there’s a work around or if a patch to the plugin is possible.

      Hello,

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

If it’s possible can we check wp-admin?

I am sorry for the lateĀ  response and also thank you for your response.

I tried to proceed the debug to solve the problem however I am new in this field and I have not still completed the debug process.

Therefore My client would like to discontinue this project instead of fixing the issue. Would it be possible for my client to get a refund instead of trying to solve the issue addressed above?

If there is anything I can do, please let me know.

In order to request a refund, please create a new ticket under Billing & Accounts and be sure to include the order ID for which you need a refund for and the reason for requesting a refund.

You must login to reply to this ticket
