Can't scan qr-code

Hi,
I can’t scan the qr-code.
When I login with my wordpress account it goes back to, that I need to login again.
I set the settings to admin and last year when we used the eventon qr-code there were no problems.
Can you help me?

  How to debug any errors I don’t know, the instructions I don’t know how to do.
