Hi support,
When trying to update the plugin, it keeps givning me a failure message saying the package can’t be installed because its empty. (current version: ver 2.4.6)
I have updated WP, theme, all other plugins and added the js file for PATCH fix.
I also have another HUGE problem:
When trying to click on a event to open for “more information” (see frontpage calendar), nothing happens. The event shows a hand “as in click here”, but link is inactive. I have tried all other settings on the event, without any result.
Please help!

Hi,
Please check the link below and update it by ftp for now:
http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/update-eventon/
Once you have done that, let us know. we will check your other issue.
The latest version is actually 2.5
You are trying to use very old version.
What is your license key?
Also, give us username/password for ftp
You would have bought eventon from codecanyon thats where you’ll find eventon core
loginto codecanyon>>>>mouse over your user name in the upper right corner and select downloads and scroll through your purchases till you find eventon
There is a javascript error coming from the woocommerce plugin you are using.
Also, you have selected the click event to accordion.
You should fix the woocommerce javascript issue and check once.
Hi again – sorry for the late answer!
I use three Woo related plugins, but I don’t know anything about javascript issues or how to fix them??
I tried to deactivate the bulk discount plugin to see if helped – same problem.
The regular woo and stripe plugin shouldn’t be a problem with your plugin (as they are standard for making EventON to work), so I don’t get why I have a javascript issue.
You need to tell me exactly what to do – otherwise fix it for me. I have already given you all acces to WP, ftp etc.
thanks.

We do not provide support for issues caused by third-party plugins.
If you want to learn how to debug js issues, you can check our documentation below:
http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/debug-javascript-interactive-issues/
You can disable woocommerce and test and you will see the popup works normally.
So, I will advise you to contact woocommerce support and look into this
So… You are telling me that a failure in Woo and woo stripe plugins – which is a CRUCIAL part of the EventON system to make Tickets work, isn’t your problem???!!
WTF!?
I have had nothing but problems with your quite pricy plugin, and several downperiods with no solutions.
🙁
And one ore thing, the calendar and woo works fine, as long the ticket plugin isn’t activated.
so… why is the woo plugin the problem???
Our plugin is made to work with woocommerce but we do not own woocommerce plugin and so do not have any control over it. So, if the issue is caused by woocommerce there is nothing we can do, and that is the reason why I am asking you to contact them.
Also, please note that we have thousands of clients who are using these set of plugins and they have not complained about the same problem
To give you definite proof the issue if with woocommerce, check the attachment.
