change how times are displayed in tickets/bookings

Is it possible to only show the start time on the customer’s view for tickets/bookings?
If not, how/where can I change the date format that shows after a customer chooses a time? Where it says, Your selected time is…

Second, when a customer chooses a time slot the section for them to proceed is often hidden, lower down on the screen and nothing tells the customer to scroll down to finish the booking process. Is there a way to have the screen scroll to the next step once a customer chooses a time slot?

      Thank you.  I did learn that the latest update allows for the end time to be hidden but it does not seem to hide it on the customers booking side.

      I would also very much like the page to automatically scroll to the next section in the event card as soon as a time slot is chosen.  It is a more serious issue on mobile where there are many time slots listed and customers don’t know what to do after choosing a time.

      Hello,

      We are sorry for the delay.

      1. Unfortunately, you cannot change date but you can change time format. Go to wp-admin > Settings > Time Format > select H:i > it should look like this:

      …but it does not seem to hide it on the customers booking side.

      This seems to be working correctly on my side. “Hide all booking block end time” also hides End Time in “Your selected time”:

      I cannot test this on your site because login redirects me to https://myheartcheck.org/df480-my-account/

      2. Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster. OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

      URGENT response needed.

      I have never received this error before and have had to have my firewall down for quite a while due to this ticket.  Please see the attached image and let me know if it is directly related to the work you are doing or if I need to have my site cleaned and the firewall reactivated.

      I added the code you supplied and there has been no change.  I cleared cache and checked in a private browser.

      Any suggestions?

      Unfortunately, after correcting the code and clearing the cache it is still not making the change.  I have also tested it in a private browser.  I’ve attached the code and the page to test is HeartCheck Scheduling • My-HeartCheck.  Only the Florida events have bookings.
