checkout date format

I’ve tried researching all existing tickets and cannot find a way to change the date format when checking out. Please see attached screenshot and changes I’ve made in my WP settings.

  By default EventON takes Date and Time formats from wp-admin > Settings:
  
  Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.
