There seems to be a conflict with contact form 7.
Go to : https://www.diveexploreindonesia.com/cruises/by-dates/
You can see that there’s in each event a contact form. It’s working only if you stay on the current month. If you select another month, or click the right arrow, then select an event and try to send a message with the form, you will be redirected to a blank page with the URL : https://www.diveexploreindonesia.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php#wpcf7-f1994-o5
Please help me fix this, everything else is working great 🙂

We do not provide support for third-party plugins.
I will suggest you to contact developer of the other plugin and ask them for their support instead.
Well I asked them but probably they will say the exact same thing…
I think you could at least take a quick look, maybe you’ll nail it in a minute, I’m not asking you to spend the week on it but it could be nice to have your opinion…
Hope you’ll check it out.
Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.
I am getting an error message when loggin in
You have been locked out due to too many invalid login attempts.
I am sorry, the access information you have provided did not work for us. Please check them and post the correct login information as a private message, thank you!
there may be other web forms that you can use (there are lots if contact form 7 doesn’t work)
I just tried and could login with the credential pasted above.
However, I was still logged in so maybe that’s why ?
Thank you for the help, let me know if you could login.
I don’t even move to a different mont
I get errors with the date field every time I try to fill out the form
I am using Firefox and is the date field in the form supposed to be a date picker? as that doesn’t work on my browser
weird – the error is the reverse for me- if I switch months then I can fill out the form and the error is a white page
Thanks for checking out.
Wow, that’s very strange, yes it’s supposed to be a date picker..
I’ll change to another form then.. Let me know if you recomend one?
Thanks again for taking a look 🙂
The contact form date picker was no working- no date picker droped down- perhaps this is the problem- perhaps try just making them text lines instead (I am not sure if that hurts your business)
1 of my web clients has a problem with contact form 7- it simply doesn’t run on their server not matter where it is
I tested a heck of a lot of contact plugins and the one I found that actually worked on their site was
weakness: with the free version you cannot add more than 2 contact forms (as in you can only have 2 different forms on your site) of course you can add the form to every page but you can only have 2 different forms- they only needed 1 form so it worked- so it depends on your needs
Perhaps there is a way to create a pop up page from eventon so instead of having the form in the event (which is ideal) it opens up a pop up window with the form
I am not here to upsell but……. (and you will want to check with Ashan to see if it would work) but I found https://codecanyon.net/item/nylon-newsletter-subscription-form/13746999?s_rank=1
which Ashan created- it is entirely possible that this works inside eventon- but Ashan would know- I will alert him to this
Thanks for the long reply Infotainerdave.
The problem is definitely not the contact forms plugins, I tryed Contact Form 7, Ninja Form, and WP Forms and they are all not working when you recreate what I said above, IE, changing the month in the calendar. Whatever the plugin is, it then change the URL and redirect to a blank page.
Regarding Ashan plugin it seems ok, but it’s not really what I need, and it’s not been updated for 2 years…
What would be best for me would be if RSVP Plugin would do, but it’s not. I just need a simple form to embed in an event. Actually this work, it just doesnt work with the calendar when you have to switch month…
Hope I’ll find something..
Thanks again for your help though 🙂
So we had issues with contact form from time to time it works and then they update and it doesnt work again. The month switching doesnt make it work well with their setup.
What I would recommend at the moment is puting the contact form in a new page and putting a button in eventCard that redirect to the contact form. – as a temp solution.
We are going to work on a solution that would allow us to create our own contact forms that will be 100% compatible with eventon system and not have to rely on 3rd party systems 🙂
That woud be amazing. If it was possible to fill the form automatically from the event card, at least for some of the data, like the titles, dates etc, it would be great 🙂
The problem with the button is that the page it redirect too also have the same calendar, but in list style and only for one category. So if I put a button, people are gonna see it in the other page too and it will not be cool :/
Or I would have to duplicate all events but it’s gonna be a mess to maintain since I have hundreds of events…
Thanks for the help though 🙂
Yea i understand, that my friend is the only option you have at the moment until we get the contact feature for eventon. One bad thing about relying on other 3rd party software is that it doesnt behave the way we want and lot of work to do what we want.
Perhaps you can make a new page without that calendar but just the contact form that you can redirect to. 🙂
It would be an ugly solution for the end user in my case..; Anyway, I’ll find a way in the meantime but you can be sure I’d buy your form day one..
Any idea on a delay ? 🙂
Thanks again for the talk 🙂
Fred, we have couple of things we are working on at the moment so probably will be awhlie until we can get to it 🙂 Hopefully you can figure out a better solution for the moment.
