Countdown Add on

I installed the countdown add on and it is displayed on event top only, however, it just shows all zero’s…it is not counting down at all on any of my events.

  Everything else on my website works fine. The countdown plugin has never worked since it’s been installed. It’s there but it’s at all zeros and doesn’t do anything.
  
  If this problem cannot get resolved today then there’s no point in me having it and I would just want to get the cost refunded since I’m within my first 30 days.
  
  I gave my login credentials in the first email so you should have those in order to get in.

  Is there any way to login to your site ? even the login link takes to maintance mode.

  christina sorry for the delay. Do you have other countdown timers on the page? seems like something else might be overriding the code? also try clearing out these javascript errors on the page. Those errors may stop the countdown javascript code from running.
