Ticket #31274 Public

• Hi guys,

  not sure if you received the request already but after having successfully sold around 200 tickets for an event I can see where some improvement could be done. I have other organizers pushing to be present in my platform and would like to be up to their expectations.

  Here are only the topics around the CSV file:

  • Add the possibility for a event manager to download the CSV file in the front end.
  • Select what column to make visible in the CSV file.
  • Add a column with the date of the sale
  • Add a column with the hour of the sale
  • Choose the status of the tickets to display in the CSV (we only want to see the completed transactions)
  • Ability to generate a PDF listing (Name ordered A-Z or ticket number ordered) as a backup in case the QRcode doesn’t work for some reason.

  These are my inputs, hopefully I share the same view are the “Product Owner” and other Eventon users…
