CSV import data and image error
Hi there
I have tried to import a number of past events on my site but, despite having checked the formatting (using an exported file from EventON) I see that, once uploaded, all imported events are dated 01/01/01 – 00:00 .
It also does not detect any address entered in the “image_url” column, where I put the links to import.
Where should I have to work to solve these problems?

Hello,
Please make sure that your date and time formats are correct:
event_start_date & event_end_date – Start/End date in format mm/dd/YYYY
event_start_time & event_end_time – Start/End time in format h:mm:AM/PM
Please send us a link to your .csv file.

As for the image url. Could you try uploading the image somewhere else (make sure that it’s public) and then include the link.
