CSV Importer Date and Time issue

Firstly it's difficult to format the time in both Apple Numbers, and Google sheets for the required time import "10:00:PM" this has to be done with text format, I have altered the Wordpress Time and Date settings to match Eventon Import requirements but I am still having issues, although I see the pre import screen is correct when i import the event the details are incorrect, I'm pretty sure I am at fault but I have spent a lot of time with Ai and other help forum and searches and I can't find a solution.
