The daily and monthly calendar won’t advance to April of 2020.
Also on the daily calendar the color settings I put into place don’t seem to be working.

HELP! The April calendars throughout the website are not working. Can you help me??
Ok when I ran the debug on WP this is the log:

No issues on this page: https://downtownow.com/7344-2/
I also noticed this error:

Could you enable WP_DEBUG?
Ok, just reactivated it.
When I put FullCal on the page it shows Bad Gateway after some time:
The problem is that debug.log doesn’t contain any fatal errors.
Could you try updating FullCal to 1.1.11?
No issues on our test server with 3 calendars: http://dev2.myeventon.com/21165-2/
I just updated the full cal to 1.1.11 and still no change.
I checked the debug file and it now says –

As a test I created another page and created the shortcode for a standard daily view calender and it doesn’t the same thing. Just shows it’s loading.
Ok I asked the owner of Downtownow if he remembers what he had added before the website stopped working, and he told me that because of the Covid19 response that restaurants and bars are doing here, he added in the daily view calendar what each place was doing and then set them as a repeating event every 1 day for 45 days. There were 77 events added in total.
To see what would happen, I did a bulk edit for all 77 and moved them to Draft mode and the calendars are now working.
So thoughts? Obviously these 77 events in repeat mode were overloading the system.
Reminder: we had you (or someone there) do some additional programming for repeating events.
Do I need to increase memory or something somewhere in the system?
Any thoughts on why it would just loop trying to load?
Which FYI we are still getting the error message within WordPress: EventON Child121368 is NOT active! – You do not have EventON main plugin – EventON main plugin is REQUIRED to run Child121368.
One last observation – even though the calendar is eventually coming up, it’s taking longer to load and it’s not showing the two top categories it has been assigned to show 2 & 4. It is showing the 4th tier category we created “featured” though?
It seems that there is a performance issue with the server. Please check https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/increasing-wordpress-memory-limit/ or https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/why-my-site-and-eventon-page-loading-slow/

Unfortunately, I cannot find this ticket. Could you send us a link?
One last observation – even though the calendar is eventually coming up, it’s taking longer to load and it’s not show…
Please try adding this to the shortcode: filter_type=”select”
Ok, I increased the memory to 512 and optimized the database. It still seems like it’s taking longer to load though.
Here is the short-code I am referencing for the top daily view calendar –
[add_eventon_dv cal_id=”main” event_type=”2,4″ event_type_4=”748″ continuous_scroll=”yes” ux_val=”3″ add_eventon hide_so=”yes” mo1st=”yes” filter_type=”select”]
The event_type=”2,4″ are not showing. I have tested an event with each of those boxes and it is not showing. Although when I select category 748 it does show. So event_type_4=”748″ is working.
Thoughts ?
filter_type=”select” is for Main Calendar shortocde. Please check available options for DailyView in Shortcode Generator > DailyView.
