Default time zone option is not working

Default time zone option is not working

I have events only in +8 UTC time zone. No other zones. I made the setting that this timezone is default. But anyway users are suggested to choose a timezone and I see as default a GMT -11 timezone.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE A DEFAULT TIME ZONE??? AND REALLY MAKE IT DEFAULT FOR USERS???

  OK I have gone into eventon>>>>action user>>>>>form fields
  
  and deactivated timezone option so they don’t have the choice
