Disable lightbox

I need to disable the lightbox and use direct link to event page. I need to do this for all eventon cards, calendars, addons, etc.

How do I disable lightbox everywhere and make default click action open direct link, not lightbox?

How do I disable lightbox in Weekly View (add_eventon_wv)?

How do I disable lightbox in Full Cal?

      add this to all your calendar shortodes to make events go to the single events page
