Ticket #27433 Public

Display by tag

I’m unable to get my calendar to display only events with a tag id.  I’ve tried tag_ID 6 and also type=”6″

Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

This is what I’m using, but it displays all events..I’m trying to lmit it to the week. I’ve tried category tags and also just tags.

      [add_eventon tiles=”yes” type=”9″ tile_count=”5″]

I’ve changed it to event type and that helped; however, I need it to display past events as well. Everything with the category tag needs to be displayed.

I’m using it as a class schedule.

Please use the Shortcode generator. It will automatically generate the shortcode for you.

You will need to add hide_past=”no” parameter in your shortcode.

The hide past parameter did not work.

I’m using it on my Tasks pages. There is a weekly task and I need to display the entire week.

      [add_eventon_list tiles=”yes” hide_past=”no” event_type=”28″ tile_count=”5″ ]

You have old version of the plugin.

Please update to latest version and check again.

      That didn’t help…seems to be a problem with hide_past

      I had limited success with this add_eventon_list number_of_months=”2″ month_incre=”-2″ event_type=”29″ tiles=”yes” tile_count=”5″

But It’s not a permanent solution.

Tamara, almost anything is possible with eventon because we’ve had that asked by us from someone in the past and we have added it over the 4 year life time of eventon.

      Check here please https://learn.tiow.ca/ajde-test/

You can use fixed_month shortcode variables to set a fixed start month for the event list. So it will not change with time.

Eventon have a huge range of shortcode possibilities sometimes you just have to think little for what would allow you to achieve what you need and thats why we are here to help 🙂
