I am using the event ESE widget that you helped me fix.
The church calendar has lots of events and I need an option to display a specific # of days and page through the events for the current month only!
For example: Display for April only 6 days of events, the user will click <next> to get the next 6 days of events. Or click <prev> for prior 6 days….
Unless there is a better way to do this… I am new to ur plugin even though I buy it last year. Our church had other event plugin but convinced them to try yours… 🙂

try this shortcode
[add_eventon event_count=”6″ show_limit=”yes” jumper=”yes” ]
if you are placing in a widget you can use the generator or paste the above into a txt box (drag a text box into the widgets area and then copy and paste the shortcode in)

That helps, but the user needs to be able to go <prev> <next> for the current month only for the event count.
Because they will have to many events in the list…

Thank you for the good support… I am surprised this feature has not be added or requested.
What do your users do when there is a large amount of events in a widget list?
Our church has about 35 reoccuring events each month with different categories, not sure how to display all the events except by using a event count and a <prev> <next> button to look at the events.
Any advice or ideas would be appreciated even if I have to buy an addon….

Hello Mel, first of all thank you for convincing your church to try eventon 🙂
So you want to show only 6 days of events and then make user click to see next 6 days. — the best option I can suggest is the weeklyview addon. That will allow you to show a week worth of events at a time and user will have to click next button to see next 7 days of events. Please take a look at the weeklyview addon page at http://www.myeventon.com/addons/weekly-view/ and see if that would fit your need.
