Displaying repeating events time
i set up eventon for a theater company and they often play several times a day. I use the repeating event feature, however, i would like it to display all the time on the same day and not display the performances as if they are separate events. is there a way to do this and especially prevent it from repeating the event in the calendar?

Hello,
Go to Edit Event > enable
Next add hide_mult_occur=”yes” to the shortcode to show only one repeat.

Hi thanks for coming back so fast, i did that, however, multiple times of shows dont show up on the event top (i use the list add on), is there anyway to make it visible? thank you so much

I wonder if the schedual view is more of what you are after
in the shortcode generator select schedual view- give that a try
The multiple shows wont appear in the event top- it will only appear in the event card (the section that appears after you click the event)
you possibly could create a custom field- and you would have to manulally add the different times if you wanted to have it on the event top
the weakness of that custom field is it wouldn’t be clickable and it would only display info you type in for each event
